How to make winter melon soup

Are you bored at home on weekends and want to study delicious food but don’t know where to start? Are you busy with work every day and your cooking skills are not as good as before? The preparation of winter melon soup is extremely easy and takes very little time. For beginners, it is a simple and easy-to-learn home-cooked dish, so even if you are not a good cook, you can still enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove the shells from the chicken feet and blanch them together with the spareribs.

3. Soak the scallops in cold water for 30 minutes.

4. Peel the winter melon, cut into pieces and set aside.

5. Wash the winter melon and set aside.

6. Put the ingredients into the casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

7. Add fish balls and cook for 10 minutes. You can also leave out the fish balls as it will taste sweeter when paired with winter melon soup.

8. Add a small amount of salt after cooking, as the fish balls themselves have a salty taste.

9. Remove from heat and sprinkle some chopped green onions for garnish.

10. Enjoy it~
