Only by eating healthily can we truly have a healthy body and not always be sick, especially the gastrointestinal health can be effectively guaranteed. The method of family reunion is relatively simple, and eating it regularly can effectively promote health. It is a very good healthy dish.

1. Prepare four boiled quail eggs and two chicken eggs, and peel them.

2. Prepare 200 grams of peeled carrots.

3. Cut the radish into thin slices first, then cut into thin strips. Now is the time to test your knife skills. Be sure to cut it into smaller pieces, be patient and don't rush, although I also know that it is not easy to cut. (It would be even better if you have a scraper at home, so that the scraping and cutting can be much finer.)

4. Leave two pieces of radish and cut the crown and mouth respectively (not too thick or too thin)

5. Take a photo of shredded radish and (lips and crown).

6. Put 20 grams of sesame oil (sesame oil) into the wok and add 3 grams of salt when the oil is 60% hot.

7. Then add the shredded radish and stir-fry quickly for a few seconds. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.

8. Step 1: Pick up the egg and use a knife to gently cut the top of the egg (the pointed end), with a depth of about 0.6-0.8 cm. Step 2: Then pinch the place with the knife edge a little tighter, and then insert the thicker cut radish shreds into it. Three shreds are enough for one egg. Step 3: Continue to use the knife to cut a hole at the bottom of the egg (no need to pinch it tightly now, it will go in easily) and put your lips in. Step 4: Use your fingers to stick the black sesame seeds on to the appropriate position. Use two for one egg. (Tip: Make sure to choose sesame seeds of the same size. Don’t choose one that is large and the other small, as this will look inconsistent.)

9. Put all the prepared eggs on a plate, and this family reunion dish is ready.

Eating out frequently can cause us to consume too much seasoning, which is bad for our health. The recipe for family reunion is simple and requires very little seasoning.
