How to make Wuzhou Tongle (rice roll)

Many people find it difficult to make Wuzhou Tongle (rice rolls), but the finished product will not make people regret it. This dish embodies the word delicious and makes people want to eat it as soon as they see it. Although the process is relatively complicated, you can still make it delicious and tasty if you pay attention to details. You can prepare the ingredients according to your own taste.

1. Prepare the above materials.

2. Add corn, carrots, purple sweet potatoes, and green vegetables. Put them into a juicer and squeeze the juice separately. Pour the juice into individual bowls.

3. The fruit residue after juicing is not wasted. I use it to make a flower. Use coriander as flower stalks.

4. Beat the eggs and add minced pork, green onions and shrimp. Add appropriate amount of salt and water and mix well.

5. Use one tablespoon of hot oil, add soy sauce and one tablespoon of boiling water, mix the soy sauce, and pour it on the steamed rice rolls.

6. Chop the dried radish into pieces and stir-fry briefly in a hot pan. About two minutes. Then scoop out and drain the oil.

7. Brush a thin layer of oil on the steaming plate.

8. Prepare the rice noodle soup and each different color of sauce separately. About three tablespoons of rice flour plus 2.5 tablespoons of water and a little cornstarch. Mix well and make into paste.

9. Put the paste into the whole plate.

10. Shake left and right until evenly mixed.

11. Put it in a pot and steam it. Put it in boiling water and steam it on high heat for about one minute. When small bubbles appear on the skin, you can add the seasoned ingredients.

12. Add the minced egg and meat.

13. Steam for about 2-3 minutes. Take it out when it’s cooked.

14. Use a scraper to roll it up slowly.

15. Repeat this process for other colors of paste. The white one is made by directly adding powder and water. Then place on a plate. Sprinkle with dried radish.

16. After everything is done, pour the prepared soy sauce on it. That's it.
