1. Bean sprouts, kelp and crucian carp soup

Ingredients: 1 crucian carp, 200 grams of bean sprouts, 25 grams of kelp, appropriate amounts of minced ginger and chopped green onion, a little fresh soup, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amounts of soy sauce, salt and vinegar.

2. Crucian carp milk soup

Ingredients: 1 crucian carp, 100 ml milk, half a carrot, 1 scallion, 3 slices of ginger, and appropriate amount of salt.
