How to make orange juice jade tofu

1. Take out the egg tofu, soak the orange in light salt water for half an hour, scrub the orange peel with a brush, wipe it dry and set aside

2. Use a melon peel knife to scrape off the orange peel

3. Cut the egg tofu into 1 cm thin slices, squeeze the orange and lemon juice, add 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of water, cut the orange peel into small cubes and put it in a bowl.

4. Heat the pan, add oil and put the egg tofu into the pan, fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown

7. Pour the orange juice over the egg tofu and serve.
