How to make chicken soup with Chuanxiong and ginkgo

Take time to make a delicious and nutritious home-cooked meal for your family. It is a happy thing to watch your family happily eating the food you cooked. The dishes do not need to be too complicated. The method of making chicken soup with Chuanxiong and ginkgo is not complicated, which can bring convenience to those female friends who are busy with work and take care of their families.

1. Soak the chicken in warm water for about 20 minutes, wash and drain for later use.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the stew pot, put in the chicken and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove the floating foam from the pot and stop.

3. Add cooking wine, pepper, ginger and a little aniseed to the pot. Then add Chuanxiong and ginkgo nuts and stew for about 2 hours before eating.

4. About 100 grams of ginkgo nuts (not too much, eating too much ginkgo nuts can cause poisoning). There are about 50 pieces in the bowl.

5. Ginkgo, written as: Ginkgo nut. It is the fruit of this tree species.

6. Peeled ginkgo nuts. The fruit skin can be brewed with boiling water.

7. Chuanxiong, about 10 grams.

8. Add the seasonings, Chuanxiong and ginkgo, and simmer for about 2 hours. Add appropriate amount of salt 10 minutes in advance and it is ready to eat. (I forgot to take a photo of this step, so I’ll use the previous photo to illustrate the process)

9. Serve the finished stewed product in a bowl.
