Place appropriate amount of filling on the dough. 15. Fold the two sides in half, pinch the middle, and pinch the dough from right to left. 16. Press the dough with your right index finger and use your thumb to pinch it from right to left into a sunflower lace. 17. Brush the ceramic pot with sesame oil and heat the oil until slightly hot. 18. Turn to medium-low heat and add the wrapped raw chive dumplings. 19. Fry one side of the raw chive dumplings until golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side. 20. Then turn down the heat and repeat the process twice.
