1. Slice taro, green onion, ginger, chives, and pork, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and starch, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

2. Peel the taro, wash and cut into pieces, slice the green onion, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the chives into chopped green onions

3. Add appropriate amount of salt to the taro, add shredded ginger, and appropriate amount of light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for ten minutes

4. Take the casserole and put the green onions in the bottom.

5. Add the pickled taro and half a bowl of cold water

6. Place the meat slices on top of the taro

7. Put the casserole on the gas stove and turn on low heat. After it starts to steam, simmer for 15 minutes and then turn off the heat. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 2 minutes before opening the lid.
