How to make cornmeal sauerkraut pancakes

1. Put appropriate amount of meat filling in a bowl, add minced ginger, chopped green onion, pepper, five-spice powder, salt, sesame oil, cooking wine and light soy sauce;

2. Stir vigorously in one direction;

3. Wash the homemade sauerkraut and squeeze out most of the water;

4. Chop it into fine pieces and add it into the marinated meat, mix well and set aside;

5. Put corn flour, soybean flour and high-gluten flour in a bowl, then add appropriate amount of yeast powder;

9. Brush a thin layer of oil on the top and bottom of the electric baking pan and turn on the power;

10. Put the pancakes into the electric baking pan when the power lights on the upper and lower layers turn on and then off;

11. Cover the lid and fry for three minutes, then turn over when golden brown;

12. Fry the other side for three minutes until it turns golden brown and then remove from the pan and serve.
