How to make crucian carp stewed with tofu and pancakes

Many home-cooked dishes are both healthy and delicious for people to choose from. The method of stewing crucian carp with tofu and pancakes is very simple and can be made quickly in a little time.

1. Kill the fish, clean it and drain it. Add cooking wine and salt and marinate for half an hour

2. Rinse the tofu in running water and set aside

3. Mix the flour with warm water until it is slightly soft, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. While the marinated fish is resting, cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square pieces

5. Beat the marinated fish with eggs, mix well, coat with flour and fry in a pan

6. Add a little oil to the pan where the fish was fried, sauté the scallions, ginger, and dried chilies, and add appropriate amount of water.

7. Add the fried fish into boiling water, cook for a while and then add the tofu. Add salt and MSG to taste and simmer for 20 minutes.

8. Divide the dough into small pieces and pat them into pancakes with your hands dipped in water. Put half of them in the pot and soak the other half in the fish soup. Cover the pot and simmer for another 15 minutes. Remove the pancakes from the pot, add pepper and chopped green garlic to the fish soup

When cooking crucian carp stewed with tofu and pancakes, pay attention to the seasoning. Don't add too much salt after adding soy sauce, otherwise it will affect the taste.
