How to make black rice, red bean paste and chrysanthemum buns

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So we should learn how to cook. Here I would like to introduce to you the black rice, red bean paste and chrysanthemum buns.

1. Wash the black rice and dry it, then use the dry grinder of a food processor to blend it into very fine black rice powder.

2.12 Add wheat flour in a 1:1 ratio. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, pour into the flour and stir with chopsticks until the flour becomes snowflake-like.

8. Place appropriate amount of rose bean paste filling in the middle.

9. Lift up the eight petals one by one and pinch them together.

10. Use the base of the thumb for shaping.

11. Sprinkle a little white sesame seeds in the center of the shaped chrysanthemum bun as decoration.

12. Make all the black rice chrysanthemum buns in this way and ferment them twice until they are round.

13. After the water in the steamer is boiled, steam the black rice and chrysanthemum buns on high heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
