Crispy King Oyster Mushrooms, 8 Steps to Teach You

My favorite dishes are those made with salted egg yolks, such as baked pumpkin with salted egg yolk, baked yam with salted egg yolk, etc. They are crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside. Then use it to make King Oyster Mushroom. As expected, it tastes very good. Next, let’s take a look at how to make it.

1. Steam the salted egg yolks in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until cooked through, then remove and let cool.

2. Use your hands to cut the king oyster mushrooms into strips of uniform thickness, wash and drain.

3. Put it into boiling water, add salt and cook for 3-5 minutes, then remove from the water and drain for later use.

4. Grind the salted egg yolks into powder. Wash and chop shallots and red peppers for later use.

5. Add 1/2 egg liquid to the king oyster mushrooms and mix well. Then sprinkle with corn starch and mix well.

6. Place a pan on the fire and heat a proper amount of oil, then turn to medium-low heat and fry the king oyster mushrooms one by one. Fry until golden brown and then remove from the oil.

7. Leave a little oil in the pan, pour in the egg yolk, a little salt and sugar, stir-fry until the egg yolk is fluffy, pour in the fried king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

8. Make sure the egg yolk evenly wrap the king oyster mushrooms, turn off the heat, sprinkle a little green onion and chili and serve.
