How to make green pepper bacon pizza

1. Pay attention, the lazy method is about to appear! First, prepare a large basin and an electronic scale (preferably with a tare function, otherwise, for a math-illiterate person like me, my brain would short-circuit just from doing the math);

13. Use a fork to poke small holes in the dough to prevent it from puffing up during baking. Let it rise at room temperature for 20 minutes.

14. Brush a layer of pizza sauce on the surface, spread a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of bacon, a layer of cheese, and put the green pepper on top;

15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes;

16. The first plate came out of the oven. This one had a lot of cheese. I sprinkled another layer of cheese on the surface of the green peppers.

17. The second plate is out of the oven. This one has less cheese and there is no cheese on the green peppers. You can see the difference, right? It seems that the one with more cheese is more tempting.
