How to make tuna porridge

If you cook a dish for a hundred people, it will taste a hundred different ways, mainly because of the different cooking methods. But if the method of making a dish is fixed, can you make it taste like a chef? Now, I will teach you how to make tuna porridge.

1.1 Dice the tuna, mince the shallot and ginger, and set aside.

2.2 Wash and prepare the ingredients.

3.1 Heat the pan, pour in a little oil, add tuna and stir-fry for ten seconds before serving.

4.2 Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, then pour in rice and cook for 30 minutes.

5. When the porridge becomes thick after 30 minutes, add the fried tuna.

6. Add ginger, salt and pepper, stir well and cook for 3 minutes.

7. Add chopped green onion and two drops of sesame oil.

8.The porridge is ready!

9. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
