Tip: The quality of wild rice stem is best in spring and summer, and it is rich in signature nutrients. Because water chestnuts contain more oxalic acid, their calcium is not easily absorbed by the human body. People with kidney disease, urinary stones, or more oxalate crystals in the urine should not eat too much of them.

The stigmasterol in it can remove active oxygen in the body, inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, and thus prevent the production of melanin. It can also soften the stratum corneum on the skin surface, making the skin smooth and delicate, and the flesh tender.
