2. Heat the pan, add oil, sauté garlic and add frogs.

3. Stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of Huadiao wine and chicken essence for seasoning

4. Stir-fry briefly and add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.

Method 2

1. Kill the frog and chop it into pieces. Wash it with clean water to remove the blood and drain it.

2. Cut the fresh yellow pepper into small cubes.

3. Use a knife to tap the garlic and cut the ginger into dices for later use.

4. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan. When it is 80% hot, pour in the frog pieces and stir-fry to remove the moisture. Serve.

5. Wash the pan and reheat the oil. Add the frog pieces, diced ginger, diced garlic and salt into the pan and stir-fry until the frog meat is firm.

6. Add MSG, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and yellow chopped pepper and stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed, then add cooking wine.

7. Add diced yellow pepper and continue stir-frying until the yellow pepper is cooked, then drizzle in a small amount of oil.

8. Sprinkle pepper and scallions, stir-fry evenly, then serve.

Precautions

1. Stir-fry the water out of the frog pieces first to make the dish appear dry.

2. Cutting and pounding the garlic will help to bring out the garlic aroma.

3. Stir-fry over high heat throughout the process.
