Yogurt cocoa orange cake recipe

3. Mix the butter and yogurt evenly, then add the egg yolk and mix evenly.

4. After stirring evenly, sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and stir evenly.

7. Add sugar in three times and beat so that the egg whites will not flow when inverted. Just beat it like I did. If the egg whites are over-beaten, the cake will have cracks when baked.

13. Bake the cake in a water bath. Preheat the oven at 140°C for 5 minutes. Pour water into the baking pan and place the mold with batter in it, heat the middle layer at 145℃, lower the heat, and bake for 50 minutes.

15. After baking, place the cake upside down on an iron rack to prevent it from shrinking severely. I inverted it in a deep baking dish.

16. Whip the cream while the cake is cooling.

17. What the cream looks like after being whipped. Do not over-whip to cause water and oil separation. If you over-whip, add some unwhipped cream to remedy the situation. After whipping the cream, you can add cocoa powder according to your taste.

18. Remove the cake from the mold after it has cooled.

19. Split the cake into two slices and spread some cream in the middle. Cover with the other half of the cake. Then use your imagination to decorate the flowers as you like. I personally don’t really like cream, so I apply less.

20. The final result. I use an 8-mouth rotating piping nozzle and you can put whatever fruits you like.
