1. Fried peas and chicken:

Material:

100 grams of fresh peas, 100 grams of chicken, half a carrot, 30 grams of cooked corn kernels, two cloves of garlic, and appropriate amount of salt.

Ingredients for marinating meat: one spoon of starch, half spoon of cooking wine, and a little cooking oil.

1. Cut the chicken breast into fingernail-sized dices, add marinade and mix well, marinate for ten minutes;

2. Dice carrots and chop garlic for later use;

3. Boil water, pour in peas and blanch for about two minutes, add carrot cubes and blanch for about 10 seconds before taking out, take out together and set aside;

Ingredients: 50 grams of whitebait, 50 grams of peas, a little carrot, and appropriate amounts of onion, ginger, oil, salt, cooking wine, and chicken essence.

1. Wash the ingredients and dice the carrots.

2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté scallions and ginger, then stir-fry whitebait for a while.

3. Bring 2 bowls of water to a boil, then add cooking wine, carrots and peas.

4. When the water boils, add salt and chicken essence to season.

3. Pea Yellow

Material:

450g peas, 100g sugar, 200g milk, 200g water

practice:

1. Rinse the peas with clean water and soak them in a basin overnight.

2. Remove the skin of the soaked peas.

3. Put the peeled peas in the steamer, put a steaming cloth on the bottom of the peas, and steam for about 30 minutes.

4. After the peas are steamed, pour them into the bucket of a blender, add milk and water, start the milkshake function, and blend them into a very fine puree.

5. Pour the beaten pea paste into the mold, press it flat, and put it in the refrigerator to cool for about 3 hours.

6. After refrigeration, turn upside down to remove from the mold.
