【Main ingredients】 1000g hairtail fish

[Supplementary ingredients] Appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 grams of cinnamon powder, 4 grams of salt, 20 grams of flour, 20 grams of corn starch

step:

1. Wash and drain the hairtail;

2. Add shredded green onion, ginger, salt and lemon juice and mix well;

3. Add some cinnamon powder;

4. Mix well and marinate for half an hour;

5. Place baking paper on the baking tray and brush oil on the baking paper;

6. Mix corn starch and flour in a 1:1 ratio;

7. Dip the marinated hairtail fish in the flour;

8. Dip all the flour in the baking pan;

9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place in the baking tray, bake for 15 minutes;

10. Take out and brush with oil, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
