Ingredients: 1000g glutinous rice, 1000g mulberries, 1000g sweet wine yeast

Method: Crush the mulberries, extract the juice, boil it and let it cool. Then crush the sweet wine koji. Steam the glutinous rice and spread it out to cool. Put the processed glutinous rice, mulberries and sweet wine yeast together in a dry pottery and then seal it.

If brewed in winter, it can be placed in a high temperature place. After 7 to 10 days, the medicinal wine will be successful. After filtering out the residue and storing it in a clean container, you can start drinking it.

Usage: 3 times a day, 15-20ML each time.

2. Mulberry and longan wine

Ingredients: 60g mulberries, 60g longan pulp, 1500g shochu

Method: Place mulberries and longan pulp in a clean porcelain bottle, then pour in shochu, seal the bottle, and shake it gently every other day. After 7 days, you can open the bottle and drink it.

Efficacy: Suitable for insufficient heart and spleen, nourishing blood and yin, palpitations and insomnia caused by insufficient yin and blood, poor physical constitution, etc.

Dosage: 3 times a day, 15 to 20 ml each time.

3. Mulberry lemon wine

Ingredients: 1000g mulberries, 5 lemons, 100g sugar, 1800g rice wine

Method: Soak mulberries and lemons in rice wine for 10 days, then add sugar and soak for 1 to 2 months for the best effect.

Efficacy: Suitable for people with dizziness, tinnitus, back pain and leg pain. It has the effect of nourishing the heart and meridians, nourishing yin and blood.

Usage: Filter out the mulberries and lemon when drinking. Drink 50 to 100 ml each morning and evening.
