How to make steamed ham with egg tofu

3. Slice the ham.

4. Peel the egg tofu and slice it carefully.

6.2 Place the tofu slices and ham slices on the plate at intervals, and place the extra slices of tofu in the center of the plate.

7. Put the lid into the steamer

8. Steam the ham and tofu for 10 minutes.

9. Put light soy sauce (or steamed fish soy sauce) and oyster sauce into a seasoning bowl and mix well. After the tofu is steamed, open the lid and heat it in the steamer with residual heat so that the soy sauce and oyster sauce can be better blended.

10. Chop the green onion and coriander into pieces.

11. Sprinkle chopped green onion and cilantro on the steamed tofu.

12. Pour the seasoning. I use a spoon to spread it evenly.

13. Preheat the pan and heat the cooking oil.

14. Pour hot oil on the tofu, and the onion aroma will spread. You can also add a little sesame oil if you like.

15. Garnish with wolfberries and serve on a plate (later I saw the photos and found that the effect was better without wolfberries).
