How to make pickled cabbage vermicelli

Ingredients: 150 grams of homemade sour cabbage, sweet potato vermicelli, garlic leaves, and a little chopped chili.

Preparation method:

1. Wash the cabbage, drain the water, cut it into four, put it into cold boiled water, enough to cover the cabbage, add aged vinegar, salt, white vinegar, rock sugar, dried chili peppers, a little peppercorns, etc. and soak for a day to make sour cabbage.

2. Blanch the rice noodle skin and rinse it with cold water to prevent it from sticking together.
