Prepare ingredients: fish roe, olives, green and red peppers, chopped onions and garlic, chicken essence, cooking wine

Production process:

1. Remove impurities from the fish roe, break it into granules, add chicken essence and cooking wine, stir evenly, marinate for about 5 minutes, chop the red pepper into small pieces, and add some oil to the pot.

2. When the food is 7 to 8 minutes hot, add chopped green onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add chopped red pepper and stir-fry. Then add the marinated fish roe until the fish roe changes color, add the olives and stir-fry evenly, then it is ready to be served.
