How to make Beijing sauce spinach

1. Remove the stems of spinach and wash it clean

2. Add appropriate amount of salt to boiling water, add spinach and blanch for one minute until cooked

3. Take out and soak in cold water to cool

5. Scramble the eggs and spread them into egg skins

6. Cut into even-sized strips

7. Cut the tenderloin into strips and marinate with starch and cooking wine for a few minutes

8. Heat oil in a pan and pour in shredded pork

10. Stir fry evenly and set aside

13. Add some white vinegar
