How to make fried loofah with celery and lean meat

1. Wash the lean meat, slice it, and marinate it with half a spoon of salt. Remove the celery leaves, wash it, and cut it into sections.

2.1 Preheat the pan, add peanut oil, add lean meat after the oil is hot and stir-fry until the color changes and the water is dry

3.2 Peel the loofah, wash it, cut it into cubes and set aside.

6. Finally add 1 spoon of salt and fry until cooked
