How to make garlic vegetable and meat slices

7. Add the dried vegetables and a little salt. Stir-fry quickly over medium heat for about half a minute, then serve on a plate.

8. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot again, wait until the oil is hot, put the lean meat in and stir-fry quickly over high heat until the meat changes color, then add a little soy sauce and stir-fry briefly. Reduce heat to low.

9. Add the previously fried dried vegetables, stir-fry quickly over medium heat, then turn off the heat.
