How to make kimchi potstickers

1.1 Chop the kimchi into small pieces, put it in a pot with minced meat, salt, minced ginger, minced green onion and chicken powder, stir well, and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2.2 Place the minced meat on a wooden board and cut it with a knife until it becomes sticky.

3.1 Roll the dough into long strips and cut into 10g pieces.

4.2 Put all-purpose flour in a bowl, add boiling water and stir, then pour in cold water and mix well. Put it on the table and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and damp cloth and relax it for 10 minutes.

5. Roll the dough into dumpling skins.

6. Add the fillings, pinch the middle tightly, and wrap the pot sticker with both hands.

7. Add a little salad oil to the pan, put in the wrapped pot stickers, fry over medium heat until the bottom is slightly browned, pour in half a cup of water, and cover the pot.

8. After about 6 minutes, open the lid to check if the water is dry and the bottom is browned, then you can remove from the heat.
