7. Next, make the puff pastry. Add custard powder, butter and baking powder to the small piece of dough reserved just now, knead it evenly, and it will become a small golden dough. 8. Roll each small dough into a thin pastry.

9. After the red bean buns are fermented, place them on top. Then brush the egg evenly, paying attention to the areas not covered by the puff pastry as well. Then use a toothpick to draw your favorite patterns on the puff pastry.
