How to make fried tofu with meat?

Tofu's plain appearance and taste allow it to be paired with many ingredients. Tofu is rich in protein and calcium, which is a good nutritional supplement for the human body. The recipe of fried tofu with meat is very simple. It is somewhat similar to mapo tofu, but simpler than it.

Method 1:

Material

500g northern tofu, 100g pork, 50g green garlic, Pixian bean paste, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, starch, MSG as appropriate

1. Slice the tofu, slice the pork thinly, and cut the green garlic into sections.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu slices, fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.

3. Leave a little oil in the pan, heat it over high heat, then add the meat slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the bean paste and stir-fry until it turns red. Then add soy sauce, cooking wine, and enough water and bring to a boil over high heat.

5. Add tofu, salt and MSG, turn to low heat and cook the tofu thoroughly.

6. Add green garlic and starch water to thicken. Cook over high heat until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.

Main ingredients: 5 small pieces of tofu, 150 grams of lean meat

1. First, chop the lean pork you bought at home. You can add some minced ginger when chopping. This is done to make it more flavorful.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces. Remember to buy fresh tofu. If you have the conditions at home, you can make your own tofu.

Just cut the greens into small pieces and add a little to the dishes when using them. The green vegetables here serve as embellishment.

3. After the oil pan is heated, put the chopped lean meat into the pan and stir-fry. You can add some bean paste after stir-frying for a few minutes.

4. When the lean meat is almost done, pour the tofu into the pot and stir-fry. Then stir-fry for about 5 minutes and then add an appropriate amount of water to the pot. Remember to add salt when adding water.

5. Add some starch to the soup when it is almost ready to be served, so that the juice will be better collected.
