How to make candied bread

Bread is not only a staple food on Western tables, but has also become a must-have for breakfast in many families in China in recent years. Especially for families with children, many parents will prepare a cup of hot milk and a piece of fragrant bread for their children in the morning. There are many types of bread, one of which is called shredded bread, also known as pulled bread, which has always been loved by people. So how do you make your own bread at home?

1. How to make candied bread

Ingredients: 300 grams of high-gluten flour, 60 grams of fine sugar, 30 grams of unsalted butter, 150 milliliters of milk, 5 grams of yeast powder, 2 grams of salt, a little whole egg liquid, 1 egg, and appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.

1. Beat an egg in a bread machine and add milk. Add sugar, salt, flour and yeast powder, select the "kneading" program and knead for 30 minutes.

2. After kneading the dough, add the softened butter and select the "kneading" program for 20 minutes.

3. After kneading the dough, take out the dough, pull it hard, fold it in half and knead it continuously. (I really can't spare my hands to take pictures here, so you can imagine it yourself. Just rub it hard.) Rub it for about ten minutes

4. The dough after kneading should be able to form a glove membrane but not easily broken. Knead the dough, put it back into the bread machine, and ferment it according to the "yogurt" program for about an hour and a half until it doubles in size.

5. After the dough has been fermented, poke a hole in the middle so that it does not bounce back. Take out the dough and knead it evenly to release the air.

6. Divide into eight small doughs, knead each into a ball, cover with a plastic bag (I don’t have plastic wrap, so use a plastic bag, if you have plastic wrap, use plastic wrap), and leave for 20 minutes.

7. Take a portion of dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into an ox tongue shape, roll it up, and the rolled bread dough will be as shown in the picture. Make eight doughs separately and arrange them on the baking tray.

8. Put it into the oven, about 40 degrees, ferment for 30 minutes, take it out after fermentation, prepare the whole egg liquid, and brush it on the bread

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put it in the oven, and bake at about 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Cooking Tips

1. It takes patience to make bread, and only the bread made step by step will be delicious.

2. White sesame seeds can be replaced with black sesame seeds.

3. The fresh-keeping bag can be replaced with plastic wrap.

1. Every 100 grams of bread contains 1001.60 calories (4186 kilojoules). In terms of calories, crispy bread with a dry and crispy crust is low in calories because this type of bread is not sweet and contains very little sugar, salt and fat.

3. Soft sweet noodles contain about 15% sugar and about 10% fat, and toast bread contains more.
