Abalone chicken soup recipe, delicious and nourishing

The nutritional value of abalone is higher than that of ordinary ingredients, especially fresh abalone, which is more nutritious than dried abalone. Abalone can be cooked in many ways, such as braised, steamed, stewed, used to make dumplings, and cooked in porridge. In addition, Spanish mackerel chicken soup tastes very good and has a good nourishing effect on the body.
