How to make blueberry vanilla cheesecake

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Grease the bottom of a cake pan with a movable base with butter. If conditions permit, cover the bottom with a layer of baking paper.

2. Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag.

3. Heat the butter in the microwave until it melts (about 15 seconds), being careful not to burn it. Pour the melted butter into the crushed biscuits and mix well.

4. Pour the crushed biscuits into the cake pan and press lightly with a cup. Place the mold in the refrigerator for later use.

5. Place the softened cream cheese at room temperature into a clean container.

6. Pour in granulated sugar.

7. Stir thoroughly until smooth.

8. Add yogurt and continue stirring.

9. Add two eggs and continue to stir.

10. Add corn starch and continue stirring ~ (Stir gently after adding corn starch to prevent flour from spraying out)

11. Add a small spoonful of vanilla extract and stir well.

12. Take out the cake mold and spread the clean blueberries on the biscuit base.

13. Pour in the mixed cake batter.

14. Lift the cake mold 2 to 3 centimeters and tap it gently on the table a few times to remove the bubbles in the cake batter.

15. Put it in the oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can rotate the cake mold so that the cake will be baked more evenly.

16. After baking, you can insert a toothpick into the middle of the cake to check. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means it is done. (It doesn't have to be completely clean. It's okay if there's a little bit of white cake batter on it.)

17. After the cake has cooled down (1-2 hours), cover the surface with tin foil and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before eating. I believe this step is the most difficult, but for better enjoyment later, please control it.

18. Open incision.
