1. Ingredients: duck legs, Korean chili sauce, dried red chili, green chili, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, vegetable oil, salt, peppercorns, chicken essence, gluten

2. Wash and cut the duck legs into pieces

3. Boil it in boiling water, remove and drain

4. Wash the green pepper and cut it into oblique sections. Slice the ginger and cut the green onion into oblique sections.

14. Taste and add chicken essence, stir fry and serve
