How to make bullfrog baked with olive oil and onion

1.1 Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into pieces. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic into fine pieces and set aside.

2.2 Peel the bullfrog, clean the internal organs and chop into small pieces.

3. When the pan is warm, add olive oil and stir-fry the bullfrog before it starts to smoke.

4. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion first, then add some oil, add the ginger slices and crushed garlic and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add the freshly fried bullfrog, cooking wine, bay leaves, etc. and stir-fry together. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence. Do not add water and just simmer in oil. (The taste will not be as good after adding water, just fry it with oil on low heat and turn it over several times to avoid sticking to the pan)

6. When the bullfrog is cooked through, add the fried onions and green peppers and fry until it’s done to your liking, then serve.
