7. Roll up the dough and wrap the raisins inside. Roll the rest of the dough into strips at a time, 3 strips in a group;

8. Stick the three strips together and press them firmly;

9. Braid the hair and press the end tightly;

10. Braid into 3 braids, place on a baking tray, and put in the oven for final fermentation. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and turn on the fermentation mode for 30 minutes.

11. When the fermentation is complete, take out the hot water and baking tray, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, brush with a layer of egg liquid, and sprinkle with sesame seeds;

12. Put the baking tray in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until the bread is colored;
