3. Pour the normal amount of cooking oil into the pot, heat the oil, add the dried peppercorns and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Add the potatoes and stir fry over high heat for a few times

4. Add the soaked dried beans. If they are not available, you can use fresh beans instead. Add dark soy sauce and ginger and stir fry

5. Add cold water to cover the vegetables, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cover the pot for about ten minutes.

6. Tofu is easy to rot, so do not stir it after putting it in the pot. Put the cut noodles into the steamer, cover it with the main material pot and steam it on low heat for five minutes until most of the water is evaporated.

7. Take the noodles out of the steamer, put them into the main material pot, add chopped green onion, coriander, chicken essence, and salt, stir well, cover the pot and simmer for two minutes.
