1. One pig ear.

2.1 Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and thirteen spices, knead well and marinate for one day.

3.2 Remove the fine hair and clean it.

4. The next day, light a charcoal fire, put a mat on it, and put the pickled pig ears on it for smoking. While smoking the pig ears, you can also smoke some meat, fish, etc.

5. Turn over halfway through and smoke until golden brown. Stay close to the person when smoking cured meat to prevent oil dripping and fire.
