1. Remove the chicken head and chicken neck, wash it clean, and use clean gauze to absorb the moisture

4. Pour water into the pot and place a steaming rack 5 to 6 cm above the water surface. I don’t have a high-legged steaming rack at home, so I found two cups to raise the rack. The purpose of raising the rack is to prevent boiling water from splashing onto the chicken, otherwise it will become boiled chicken.

5. Put the chicken on the rack, turn on high heat, and after the water boils, turn to the lowest heat (to keep the water slightly boiling) and steam for 15 minutes. In this way, the steamed chicken will be tender and delicate

6. After the chicken is taken out, add some ginger shreds to the soup dripping from the pot when the chicken is steamed, and use it to soak the cabbage. It tastes first-class
