How to make kumquat baked chicken wings

1. Wash the chicken wings.

2. Make two cuts on the inside of the chicken wing.

5. Make a few cuts on the kumquat vertically.

6. Flatten.

8. When the chicken wings are fried until golden on both sides, add water to the pot, add ginger, green onion and the juice from the marinated chicken wings, cover and simmer until cooked through.

9. Remove the ginger and green onion, add the kumquats and simmer for about 5 minutes, add the wet starch juice, drizzle with a little sesame oil and serve.
