How to make low-fat barbecue duck legs

1. Soak the duck legs to remove blood and wash them

2.1 Use appropriate amount of oyster sauce, pepper, white wine and salt to make teriyaki sauce and marinate the duck legs overnight

3.2 Use a fork to poke small holes

4. Put the skin side of the duck leg in a frying pan (without oil in the bottom of the pan) and fry over low heat until the oil comes out.

5. Use a spatula to flatten the duck leg skin and fry the oil out.

6. Apply dark soy sauce on both sides of the duck legs, place in a baking tray, and bake for 20 minutes.
