How to steam crabs to make them delicious

Crab is a kind of seafood that everyone likes very much. It is also a relatively common food. In autumn, crabs are available in large quantities. Steamed crab method:

1. When steaming, the crab's feet should face upwards so that the crab's juice will not flow out. If you want to cook red crab rice cakes, do it just the opposite, with the back facing upwards, so that the juice will flow out and be absorbed by the rice.

2. Crab meat is a very easy-to-cook seafood, so frying the crab in oil first can seal the meat juice and prevent it from leaking out. But the time cannot be too long, otherwise the meat will be too tough and the gravy will be lost.

3. Do not eat dead river crabs or buy those that have just died. When buying, keep an eye on the merchant's hands and make sure to buy the more ferocious ones. The histidine in the body of dead river crabs will slowly release toxins and cause poisoning, so be extra careful.

4. You can add some shredded green onion for decoration. Cut the green onion into shreds and soak them in clean water. They will become curved, and it will look better when scattered on the surface for decoration.

5. Put an appropriate amount of water at the bottom of the pot and place the steamer on it and steam for 15-20 minutes. The lid should not be opened during the steaming process. The crab should be steamed thoroughly at one time, otherwise the taste of the crab will be affected.

Ingredients: 100g Zhenjiang vinegar, 20g minced ginger, 5g sugar, 3g rice wine

Chop the ginger into fine pieces and set aside. Mix balsamic vinegar, sugar and rice wine. Pour all the seasonings into the pot and bring to a boil.

Ingredients: ginger, vinegar, sugar, MSG

practice:

First peel the ginger, then cut it into slices, then into shreds, and finally chop it into foam and put it in a bowl for later use. Pour vinegar into the bowl with ginger foam, enough to cover the ginger. Add a little sugar and MSG and mix well (it is best to heat it in the microwave).
