11. Serve on a plate.

12. Start eating. You can cut it and add seasonings to make it a boiled chicken, or you can tear it by hand and add sesame seeds, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and coriander to make it a shredded chicken. I think the original flavor is the best. You can just tear it apart and eat it. A family of three can finish one chicken in one meal. It’s so satisfying!
