How to make braised pork ribs and quail eggs

1. Main ingredients: 1000 grams of spare ribs, 20 quail eggs; side ingredients: 1 packet of marinade, a few slices of homemade tangerine peel, appropriate amounts of green onion and ginger; seasonings: appropriate amounts of cooking wine, cooking oil, salt, and braised sauce.

2. Chop the ribs into pieces and soak them in clean water for 1 hour to remove the blood.

3. Put the ribs into a cooking pot, add water to cover them and bring to a boil. Rinse the water and add cooking wine, green onion, ginger and water in another pot.

4. Put the marinade ingredients into the marinade box, cover it and add it to the pot.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for half an hour.

6.Cook the quail eggs.

7. Remove from the water, put into a sealed box, cover and shake vigorously to break the egg skin.

8. It is easy to peel off the skin after opening the lid.

9. Also cut the green onion and ginger into shreds.

10. Heat the pan, add cooking oil, add onion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

11. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly, then add about 500 ml of the soup used to cook the pork ribs.

12. Add the braised sauce and stir-fry evenly.

13. Add quail eggs and stir fry evenly.

14. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat to reduce the sauce. Add 2 drops of sesame oil and serve.

15. Serve on a plate.
