How to cook braised pig's feet with dried beans

The recipe of braised pig's feet with dried beans is not as complicated as people think. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1.1 After soaking, clean the beans, take them out of the water and place them directly under the casserole for later use.

2.2 Soak the dried beans in water for 10 minutes.

3.1 When the meat starts to produce oil, add the chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry together. When the pig skin is cooked through, add salt and soy sauce and continue to fry for two minutes. Finally, add the glutinous rice wine.

4.2 Rinse the pig's feet with clean water until there is no blood left, then cut them. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meat.

5. Put the fried pig's feet into the prepared casserole, and add a small bowl of water into the meat at the edge of the pot. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 50 minutes, until the meat and skin are softened.

6. During the stewing process, remember to open it halfway and turn over the meat and beans. After 50 minutes, check to see if it is cooked to your liking. If not, continue to simmer.

7. Because of the dried beans at the bottom, the oil produced by cooking the meat is absorbed. The combination of the two tastes delicious.
