7. When the batter is solidified and almost cooked, gently lift it up with a spatula, turn it over and bake again. You can use a rubber spatula to press it down slightly and bake until the egg liquid is cooked.

8. Use a long, thin cylinder like chopsticks to roll the omelet into a roll. This time we use long chopsticks for frying, which are very convenient.

9. The weather happened to be very humid, and the egg rolls would be affected by humidity after being cooled. This time, we used a food dryer to dry them, and the effect was very good, and they were very crispy. If you don’t have a dryer at home, you can turn on the oven first, wait until the oven is hot, turn off the power, and then put the egg rolls in to bake slowly, or you can put them next to the heater to dry them.

10. If you want to try other flavors, such as chocolate, use about half of the total batter, add 2 teaspoons of chocolate powder specially used for baking into the batter and mix evenly, then spread and roll using the above method.
