How to cook pork tendon with cordyceps flower and white fungus

1. Wash the pork tendon, cut it into large pieces and set aside, and prepare three slices of ginger;

2.1 Peel the yam and cut into thick slices for later use;

3.2 Soak the Cordyceps flowers in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside;

4. Soak the snow fungus in advance, then tear it into small pieces, soak and wash the tangerine peel, and wash the red dates and remove the core;

5. Boil about 1800ml of water in the rice cooker. After the water boils, add pork tendon, yam, and ginger slices. Bring to a boil again and skim off the blood foam (good pork tendon usually does not have much blood foam)

6. Then add the prepared snow fungus, red dates, tangerine peel, cordyceps flower, etc.; after boiling again, switch to soup mode and cook for about two hours; add salt to taste when eating!
