How to make your own tofu

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce you to how to make tofu yourself.

1.1 Filter it.

2.2 Wash and soak the soybeans for 8 hours, then crush them in a food processor.

3.12 Pour into the pot and cook the soy milk over medium-low heat. Turn off the heat after boiling for about 8 minutes.

4.215 minutes after starting to simmer the tofu, slowly pour white vinegar into the pot. Stir slowly with a spoon.

5. Just wait until you see clear soup on top.

6. Pour into the container for making tofu. I used the rice cooker steamer.

7. Make sure to spread the food evenly during the filling process.

8. Cover with drawer cloth.

9. Put heavy objects on it.

10. The tofu will be ready in about 1 hour.

11. Cut off the edges and pour soy sauce or sesame oil on it before eating. You can eat the rest of the dishes however you like.
