How to cook fish with Astragalus

As people's living standards improve, they begin to pay attention to health care. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. 2. Remove the bones and belly of the fish and set aside the meat.

3. Slice the fish into fillets starting from the tail, wash it clean, and marinate it for ten minutes with one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, one egg white, half a tablespoon of cooking oil, and half a teaspoon of chicken essence.

4. Soak the astragalus and wolfberry in boiling water for five minutes and set aside.

5. Mix the fish fillets with half a tablespoon of starch and set aside.

6. Put oil in the pan and stir-fry scallions and ginger, then add the fish bones and fish belly and stir-fry.

7. Add the water soaked with astragalus and wolfberry and bring to a boil.

8. Add salt and pepper, add bean sprouts and cook.

9. Place lettuce and bean sprouts in a bowl and set aside.

10. Add the fish fillets into the soup in portions; don’t put them all in at once. Cook over high heat until the fish fillets are shaped and ready to be removed.

11. Take out the fish fillets and put them in a bowl. Filter the soup in the pot with a strainer and pour it into the bowl.

12. Put oil in the pot and add chili and peppercorns in the cold oil.

13. When the chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns turn slightly red, take them out and place them on a bowl.

14. Continue to boil the oil in the pot. When it starts to smoke, turn off the heat, count to three seconds silently, and pour the oil on the fish fillets.

Boiled fish with Astragalus is not complicated to make, and I believe you will think so after reading the above carefully.
