How to make chili sauce

Ingredients: chili, garlic, salt, strong liquor (note, it must be strong liquor), bottle. Method: 1. Wash the chili and garlic and dry them! (Be sure to dry them!) Ingredients: 5 jin of red pepper, 6 liang of salt, 1 jin of sesame, 2 liang of MSG, 4 liang of sugar, 1 jin of bean paste, 2 liang of white vinegar. Note: The red pepper is the kind specially used to make chili sauce in autumn. Step 1: After buying the peppers, wash them first and then put them on a curtain to drain the water. I bought it on the first day and made it on the second day. Step 2: Put the peppers in a blender and grind them into small pieces. If you like it fine, grind it into small pieces. If you like it rough, grind it into coarse pieces. Step 3: Put the chopped chili in the pot, add salt, MSG, sugar, bean paste, and vinegar, and start cooking while stirring until it boils. Tip 1: Note that during the cooking process, the room will be quite hot, so try to close the kitchen door if there is one, or make it when the children are not at home. After it is cooked, just put it in a container. Let it cool completely. 2. I’d like to add that the pot used to make chili sauce will be very spicy if you use it to cook food the next day, so it’s best to wash it several times and then soak it again. 3. After it’s done, find a bottle to put the chili sauce in and you can take it out whenever you want to eat it. When the weather is cold, you can put it outside directly without putting it in the refrigerator
