6. Put it in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you want the chicken skin to be shiny, do not turn off the heat after baking for 20 minutes. Take out the baking tray and brush the fat from the tray on the chicken skin with a brush. Bake for another 10 minutes. In this way, the baked chicken wings will be very shiny.
